James came out ahead of when he was scheduled which was great. I told them to come whenever they could make time. They were very professional and found my issue immediately. I did not know if they were the right people to call as my chimney wasn't active, but they solved my water leak issue and did it in a timely manner. It was refreshing to see such a professional contractor and I really appreciated their timely feedback. Would recommend them to anyone.
